Introduction to Faraso Yildiz Brand
Using state-of-the-art German technology
Faraso Industrial Group, under the Yildiz brand, relies on more than three decades of experience, research, and specialized activity in Iran’s wood and MDF industry, and is now recognized as one of the leading manufacturers of wood-based engineered boards. The group began by importing wood-industry raw materials from Turkey, including various MDF boards, high-gloss sheets, and laminate flooring, which supplied a large share of the country’s wood industry needs. Building on Article 123 of the Constitution, which supports domestic production development, and responding to the Iranian market’s need for products with global quality and standards, the group launched its first high-gloss sheet production line in 2012 and officially entered industrial manufacturing.
Establishment of Azin Melamine Faraso
Azin Melamine Faraso, as the production arm of Faraso Industrial Group, began operations on 2013/02/24 after obtaining its establishment permit from the Alborz Provincial Industry, Mining, and Trade Organization. The company was built in Eshtehard Industrial City on a 12,000-square-meter site.
Installation, commissioning, and standardization of the production lines were carried out using state-of-the-art German technology under the supervision of specialized engineers.
Scope of Activity and Production Capacity
The company’s field of activity is the production of various PVC-coated wood-based engineered boards. The Azin Melamine Faraso factory, with a daily production capacity of 3,000 sheets, is committed not only to meeting a major share of domestic demand but also to maintaining stable exports to regional countries.
This level of production and industrial development has created direct employment for 100 people and indirect employment for 300 people, playing an important role in regional economic growth.
Quality, Raw Materials, and Process Control
Azin Melamine Faraso uses modern German machinery and premium raw materials to maintain its product quality at the highest global standards.
- Adhesive used: imported from the most reputable German manufacturers.
- PVC coating: sourced from premium South Korean brands.
- Raw MDF: supplied by reputable Turkish companies.
The factory’s quality control system was initially designed and implemented under the supervision of foreign experts, then transferred to specialized domestic engineers, ensuring that all final products fully match the standard profile of European samples.
